A payment plan is a great way to help offset the cost of tuition and fees. Plus, by enrolling in a plan and making payments by the installments' due dates, you won't be dropped from your classes or need to pay the $100 late fee.
The FIU Installment Payment Plans are only available through your MyFIU student portal. To qualify for the payment plan, students should:
* The $93.69 health fee is not eligible for the payment plan as the IRS does not consider fees for health services as a qualified tuition expense.
Students enrolled in session B only are ineligible to sign up for the FIU Installment Payment Plan.
Please note: the installment payment plan is not reduced by pending financial aid for the current term.
For the Fall 2024 term, FI U offers the following payment plan options:

We do not offer automatic withdrawals for your monthly payment installments. Please make your payments on time each month via your MyFIU portal. See How to Pay for information about payments.

Fall 2024 Tuition Payment Plan will be available starting on July 29, 2024.
Due dates for Fall 2024 are September 4, October 4, November 4, and December 4.
A late payment fee of $100 will be assessed if installment payments are not made by their respective due dates. The late payment fees will be assessed respectively on September 5, October 7, November 5, and December 5.
